At XOXO Online, we love happy customers almost as much as we love crisps, sweets, and Disposable vapes (which is a lot)! But hey, we understand—sometimes that strawberry-flavoured vape just doesn’t spark joy, or maybe you’ve accidentally ordered 10 bottles of soda instead of 2. Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered, but please read our return policy below to ensure everything goes smoothly.
How to Return an Item (No Magic Required)
First things first, for a return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition (like it just came off the shelf—no midnight snacking allowed!). All hardware must come back to us in its original packaging because, trust us, we’re not great at guessing which product is which without those handy serial numbers.
- Free gifts or samples? They’re yours to keep, no returns necessary! Consider them a thank-you from us to you.
How to Get Started:
- Shoot us an email at sales@xoxobeverages.co.uk with your order number and why you’d like to return the item (no need for a dramatic tale—just the facts).
- We’ll review your request and reply with return instructions.
- Make sure you wrap the items up nice and snug for the journey back to us! (Pro tip: Old newspapers work well. Please avoid using old socks—we’re not running a laundry service here).
If you ordered the wrong item, the shipping cost is on you (yes, even if it was 2 a.m. and you were hungry). However, if we messed up and sent you the wrong item or something arrived faulty, the return shipping’s on us!
Timing is Everything
Our return window is 7 days from when your order is delivered. Yup, that’s right—you’ve got a week to decide whether you really needed that extra bag of sour gummies. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for returns, unless there’s a sneaky fault that escaped the factory.
Perishable Items (aka Crisps, Sweets & Drinks)
For all things crispy, sweet, and fizzy, the clock’s ticking even faster. Due to shelf life (and, you know, the fact that crisps don’t improve with age), you must contact us immediately if there’s an issue. We won’t be able to help if you wait 30 days to tell us your soda didn’t sparkle.
Opened or half-eaten snacks (no matter how delicious) can’t be returned. So please—get in touch within 48 hours of delivery for any perishable item issues, and we’ll sort it out faster than you can open another bag of chips!
Non-Returnable Items (Read Carefully—This is Important)
We value hygiene and safety (as should you!). As much as we love you guys, there are some things we simply cannot take back:
- Opened vape e-liquids (once it’s open, it’s yours!).
- Tanks, atomisers, pods that have been filled or unwrapped.
- Vape kits that have been used or filled with e-liquid (just say no to second-hand vapes).
- Mouthpieces (drip tips)—we know where your mouth has been, and we don’t need to see it again.
- Opened coils or pods.
- Opened alcohol with broken seals.
- Perishable items (crisps, sweets, drinks) unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Exchanges (The Fast & Furious Way)
Need an exchange? Don’t wait for the return process—place a new order for the correct item, then return the unused one for a refund. This way, you’ll get your fresh goodies faster!
If we sent the wrong item or something’s faulty, just let us know—we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send out the right product, no extra charge.
Refunds (The Exciting Part)
Once we get your item back and confirm it’s in tip-top shape, we’ll issue a refund for the product value (excluding shipping charges). Refunds will go back to your original payment method. You can expect it to show up in your account within 7 days.
However, if you’ve returned a product that’s been used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund (don’t worry, we’ll always be fair).
Missing Your Refund?
If it’s been over 7 days and no refund has hit your account, give us a shout at sales@xoxobeverages.co.uk and we’ll look into it.
Sale or Clearance Items
Everyone loves a bargain, but unfortunately, sale and clearance items are non-refundable. So make sure you love them before you click “buy”!
Customer-Selected Wrong Items & Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong item (we get it, midnight shopping happens), you’ll be responsible for:
- The return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs for the replacement item (if you’re exchanging).
If the item is not in its original condition or arrives back to us damaged (because you didn’t pack it up carefully), we may refuse the refund or offer only a partial refund.
Bottom Line
- All returns must be requested within 7 days (48 hours for perishables).
- We cannot accept returns for items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition.
- Shipping fees are on you if you picked the wrong item, but if we mess up, we’ve got you covered.
- Items returned without proper approval or communication may delay your refund or result in a refusal.
